Introducing Prisma Voce: Wichita’s Premier LGBTQ+ Choir

The Vision: Bringing Harmony to the Community

We are thrilled to introduce a new musical addition to the Wichita landscape: Prisma Voce.

Led by its Artistic Director, Prisma Voce was founded with a clear and inspiring mission: to establish itself as the premier LGBTQ+ choir in the area. Whether you are a professional singer looking to collaborate, a community member passionate about choral music, or simply a fan of the arts, this new 501(c)3 organization is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space for everyone to express themselves through song.

Upcoming Schedule & Dates

Prisma Voce will be kicking off operations with a focused start in October and heading toward a spectacular holiday season.

• First Rehearsal: Monday, October 5th

  • Time: 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Location: College Hill United Methodist Church (Note: While they are partnering with the church for rehearsal space, Prisma Voce operates as a completely separate entity.)

• Holiday Concert: December 12th

  • Stay tuned for updates on tickets and venue details!

The Future of Music in Wichita

The spring concert schedule is currently being finalized, but the Artistic Director promises an update by the first rehearsal. Prisma Voce represents a new chapter for arts and activism in our city, focusing on inclusivity and musical excellence.

We invite you to follow their journey and support this new community effort.
